Stocked Stock losses and variance
See what's gone missing behind the bar, in pounds.
Last count, plus deliveries, minus this count, is what was used. Stocked puts that next to what the till sold, and the difference is what went to spills, free pours or out the door.
First month free, then £19.99 a month. No card to start, no contract.

Where it went.
The sum a stocktaker does, every time you count.
Questions.
How is the stock gap worked out?
Used = opening count + deliveries − closing count. Expected = what the till sold, plus the normal loss you've allowed for that product. The difference, priced at what you pay, is the gap.
Can it tell me who's free-pouring?
No. It shows which drinks are short and by how much, week after week. That tells you where to look.
Does it need my till connected?
No. Upload the sales report your till exports, or type in how many of each drink sold.
How much is it?
The first month is free, with no card to start. Then it's £19.99 a month per venue with unlimited staff and everything included. There's no setup fee and no contract.
