Terms

Who you're dealing with
Stocked is run by Robert Smith, trading as Full Stop Hospitality, in Glasgow. Contact hello@fullstophq.co.uk. These terms are between us and the business that signs up.
Free month, then £19.99 a month
- Each venue gets 30 days free. You don't need a card to start.
- After that it's £19.99 a month per venue, paid by card through Stripe. If you don't subscribe, everything you've saved stays there to read and download, but you can't add new counts or deliveries.
- There's no contract. Cancel any time in Settings → Billing and it stops at the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund part months.
- If the price ever changes, we'll email the owner at least 30 days before.
Your data
What you put in Stocked belongs to your business. We use it only to run Stocked for you, as the privacy notice explains. When you leave, we delete it on request.
Check the numbers
Stocked works its figures (costs, profit per drink, what went missing, what to order) from what you put in: prices, specs, counts and sales. Check anything important before you act on it, especially orders and prices you set from it.
Using it fairly
- Keep your login to yourself, and only give your team the access they need.
- Only add people's details you're allowed to, and tell your staff their name goes on the records they do.
- Don't try to reach another venue's data, get round the security, or use Stocked for anything unlawful.
If an account breaks these, we can suspend it. We'll tell you why first, unless it's urgent.
When things go wrong
We work to keep Stocked running and your data safe, with nightly backups, but we can't promise it will never be down or never have a fault. If something goes wrong, tell us and we'll put it right as fast as we can.
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total liability in any year is limited to what you paid us in that year. Nothing here limits liability for anything the law says can't be limited.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll email the owner before it happens. The date at the top shows the latest version.
The law
These terms are under the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts deal with any dispute.
